Betsy started painting in 1999 and has participated in a large number of exhibitions, including one with Judy Watson Napangardi.
Betsy has developed a unique, controlled style using colour and design to paint her Dreaming, “Mina Mina.”
Other Dreamings include Ngalyipi (Snake Vine), Karnta (Women), Jintiparnta (Edible Fungus) and Kurrkara (Dogwood).
Through exploring and experimenting with her painting, Betsy continues to create dynamic, vibrant and lyrical art that shows the love and knowledge that she has of her country.
