Refund policy

REFUNDS

We offer refunds for defective artworks. Please contact us immediately if there are any problems with the delivery of your artwork or if the artwork is damaged on delivery.

If you have questions about any artwork, please ask us prior to purchase. Refunds are not provided for change of mind. 

Purchase of artworks is final upon pickup or dispatch. 

A refund request may be considered if there is a material flaw in the artwork that should have been identified prior to shipping ie: the artwork would not have been purchased by a reasonable person if viewed in person, the artwork is unsafe, the artwork is fundamentally or significantly different from the description or image provided by Red Desert Dreamings Gallery.
