Most unstretched small and medium Aboriginal canvas artworks can be shipped free Australia-wide and can be added directly to your cart at checkout.

For large Aboriginal artworks, stretched canvases, framed pieces, or international orders, please click the “Request a Quote for Shipping” button on the artwork page. When requesting a quote, include your country, state, city, and any special delivery details so we can calculate accurate shipping and insurance costs. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a detailed quote.

Yes, Aboriginal artworks can be viewed by appointment at Red Desert Dreamings Gallery. Viewing artworks in person allows collectors to fully appreciate the scale, texture, colours, and storytelling within each authentic Aboriginal art piece.

Yes, local pickup is available by appointment. Once your Aboriginal art purchase is confirmed, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time. This option is ideal for collectors who prefer to personally collect their artwork from the gallery.

Customers are responsible for all insurances, duties, taxes, fees and charges.

Most Aboriginal art orders are processed and dispatched within a few business days once payment and shipping arrangements are confirmed. Some artworks may require additional preparation time due to custom packaging or international shipping requirements.

You’ll receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once your artwork has been dispatched.

Most artworks will be prepared for dispatch within 1 week.

If you have questions about any artwork, please ask us prior to purchase. Refunds are not provided for change of mind. 

Purchase of artwoks is final upon pickup or dispatch. 

Please contact us immediately if there are any problems with the delivery of your artwork or if the artwork is damaged on delivery.

A refund request may be considered if there is a material flaw in the artwork that should have been identified prior to shipping ie: the artwork would not have been purchased by a reasonable person if viewed in person, the artwork is unsafe, the artwork is fundamentally or significantly different from the description or image provided by Red Desert Dreamings Gallery.

Delivery time is subject to your location and courier selected. We can advise an estimated delivery time when we provide a shipping quote.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. If the change increases the shipping costs, we will forward a separate invoice.
