Description
The Worm Dreaming was inherited from her father, Clifford Possum.
Whilst her style is reminiscent of her father’s, she applies her own innately feminine interpretation so the the resulting works are distinctively recognisable as hers Tjilpi told her that little yellow worms travelled across the landscape during the Dreamtime splitting the country up. The central line in these compositions illustrate the concept and the colours refer to the topographic Dreamtime landscape.
